Concrete Polishing and Grinding
We offer the best concrete polishing process in the Bay Area. Swift Lift developed the EcoCrete concrete polishing process which produces the finest shine and most durable finish for polish concrete floors. We have recently upgraded all our equipment and training to meet the new OSHA standards for exposure and handling of silica dust. We offer concrete dying and staining, can add in patterns and or logos to accentuate any office space or industrial floor. No Job to Big or too small for us!
Self leveling: Polishable
We offer floor leveling with self leveling products. We can take this underlayment, prep the floor with grinding passes, and then come back and grind the self leveling material to give you a perfect concrete polished shine. We use materials such as Rapid Set TRU PC and Ardex PCT. Picture to the left is an example of Rapid Set TRU PC.
Self leveling: Underlayment
We offer floor leveling with self leveling products. Pouring an underlayment self leveling material to help level out your substrate for other flooring installations such as tile, vinyl, vct, carpet, etc. Products like Rapid Set Level Flor and Mapei Novoplan 2 would be used in these instances. On the picture here on the right is an example of Novoplan 2 Mapei Self leveling.
Epoxy Coatings, Seals, & Stains
Want to do an dye or a stain for your commercial space? We offer a multitude of different stain products for grind and polish, grind and seal, and even an overlayments! We can do patterns and logos as well. To the Left is an Acetone Stain.

Want to do an epoxy coating or stain on your floor? We offer a multitude of colors for our coatings, and stains that will fit your space perfectly. If those don't fit what you are looking for we can just do your basic grind and seal to bring a simple, clean look to any space. To the right is a heavy duty clear coat epoxy sealer..
Shot Blasting and Adhesive Scraping
We offer a dust free way of adhesive removal using our multitude of shot blasters. Shot blasting can prep your floor for an epoxy coating, or painted flooring. It offers a very coarse grip for the flooring to grab hold of when installed. We also offer floor scraping and adhesive removal.
Flooring Demolition
Need your building/industrial flooring space demoed? No problem! We have been removing VCT tile & carpet flooring since 1994. We use our patented flooring removal machines, we call them the Swiftys, to remove your existing flooring. We are capable of removing 5-20 thousand square feet of flooring a day depending on building conditions.
